What happens over your first visits, step by step, as printed on the new patient form.

Fill out the personal health history questionnaire (download it above, or fill it in at the office).

A consultation with the doctor to discuss your health problems and what may be causing them.

A comprehensive examination and evaluation, including the tests needed to find the precise cause of your problem.

The doctor will tell you if additional tests, including X-rays, are needed.
- 5
Your Report of Findings: the cause of your problem, how chiropractic works, and how the office works.
- 6
If you are accepted as a patient, care begins, and the type of care you need is explained.
- 7
An estimate of the care you need; adjustments continue until maximum correction has been reached.
- 8
After maximum correction, a schedule of care is recommended to help prevent future problems and maintain good health.

- Insurance
- Our office participates in some insurance programs. Please call us at 713-862-2440 with any questions about using your insurance to pay for your chiropractic care.
- Auto accidents
- We also accept auto accident cases that can be addressed with chiropractic care.
- No insurance?
- If you have little or no chiropractic coverage, we can work with you to arrange a flexible payment program that fits your budget. Many patients choose to pay directly for their visits.
- Family plans
- To make the wellness lifestyle as easy and affordable as possible, we can create a customized family chiropractic plan specific to you and your family.
