laying the foundation for total health

Care is a bit like building a house

Certain things have to happen in a particular order for everything to stand strong. Build the walls before the foundation and the walls are weak; put the roof on too early and you have the same problem. If something is wrong with your body’s foundation, that comes first. There are three general phases of chiropractic care. Tap each one.

The foundation

Our first objective is to help you reduce pain and start feeling better as soon as possible. It is typical for a patient to need adjustments 2 to 3 times per week for 2 to 12 weeks.

Regular chiropractic care is far less time-consuming and expensive than trying to recover from pain or an injury after it’s happened. If you feel you don’t have enough time or money to take care of yourself, call 713-862-2440: we can help. As they say, if you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything.
